I know this is probably weird to be posting since I just posted yesterday, when I usually post every week or so =)
Katie loves Matthew.
Matthew is the 5 year old kindergartener that I'm helping with. He has autism and already I have seen a change in myself. I now wonder what I would be like to care for this child 24/7. Its not that he is a bad kid. He is very well natured and loveable... but he doesn't speak, doesn't look at you hardly, sometimes doesn't know what you are saying, and isn't potty trained. Tomorrow and lady is coming to talk to me and the other aide who is with an autistic boy to talk about autism and to answer any questions I might have.
I love this job.

Aww! That must be such a rewarding job to work with a child with autism- for him and you. Keep us updated! I'd love to find a job like that!
